It takes 20 working days to process OPSTART applications, and projects must not start before you
receive a decision. The date chosen must, therefore, be more than 20 working days from today.
Your OPSTART project must be completed within one year of the start date.
Select the category that most closely corresponds to the content of the project. This information is for administrative purposes only.
Set a budget for DKK 25,000, i.e. the maximum available for OPSTART projects. You may include budget items such as travel, accommodation and so on. The budget has to be detailed; Specify who will travel, from where and to where.
Please specify what other income you expect the OPSTART project to have. It is possible that OPSTART is the only source of funding but please specify any other income from foundations, sponsors and project partners. The budget for your OPSTART project can preferably be bigger than the maximum amount you can apply within OPSTART.
The Danish account format is also used in Greenland and the Faroe Islands. At the same time as we send you a positive response, we will initiate a bank transfer. All of the money will be paid in a singe instalment. It may take up to eight working days before the money reaches your account. Please contact the secretariat if you are submitting an application from a country that does not use IBAN numbers.
You can apply either as a private person or as an organisation, institution, association or a Company.
